Eight days in a private jungle compound above Ubud's rice terraces, structured around two daily yoga sessions and a great deal of open time. The morning practice is dynamic — Vinyasa, pranayama, arm balances — and the evening session is long and restorative. In between: silence optional, the sound of the jungle, a plunge pool, and the peculiar sense of spaciousness that comes from being genuinely unhurried. Teachers have practised in Mysore and here in Bali for over a decade. This is for people who already have a practice and want to go somewhere with it.
Best for: Practitioners who want to deepen their yoga in a spacious, unstructured environment.
Not ideal for: Complete beginners or those wanting a packed social retreat.
